Whittlesey Baptist Church provides youth groups for a variety of ages during the week. All the groups aim to allow the young people to enjoy themselves doing a variety of activities, but all also have their main emphasis on Bible teaching.
All groups operate during school term time. Please check this weeks activities to find out if a group will be running.
School Years: 7 – 12
We offer a range of activities such as trips out to McDonalds, bowling & Ferry Meadows; from time to time running around games; banner painting; various cooking type events such as pizzas & desserts and we have some great barbecues.
The evening usually starts with a short, relevant Bible message, followed by a drink and crisps and then the activity.
Wype-Out stands for Whittlesey Young People’s Evangelistic Outreach. We offer a really good time for young people in a safe environment, but our main aim is to teach the truths of the Bible to as many young people in Whittlesey as possible. The Bible may have been written a long time ago, but it is God’s Word and therefore speaks to us today.
There is a great atmosphere so why not come and join us.
Once a month on a Sunday at 4:30pm – see this weeks notices to see if it is being held this week.
WYPE-OUT AFTER CHURCH
Every week straight after the evening service
School Years: 6 – 11
During the year we arrange a weekend away at Letton Hall in Norfolk. Those attending the groups in school years 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 are welcome to attend. The weekend consists of a variety of activities, lots of food and a series of Bible studies and talks.
